DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan (Avata 360)
DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements at an additional cost.
To use Flyaway Coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation was not completed before a flyaway incident, Flyaway Coverage cannot be used.
Please note: DJI Care Refresh products, being digital products, are non-refundable after the activation code has been received via email.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate and pair it with the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits of the coverage will only be effective in the same region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
