PILOT LICENSE OPEN CATEGORIES A1/A2/A3
From 31 December 2020, pursuant to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, it has become mandatory to obtain the UAS pilot certification in the OPEN A1/A3 subcategories in order to operate drones weighing 250 grams or more, or weighing less than 250 grams but equipped with sensor systems (photo and video cameras) capable of acquiring personal data.
In order to provide, in a simple form, the basic information that a UAS pilot for the A1-A3 categories must know in order to safely operate UAS, Masterdrone has developed an efficient Training Course, which will allow participants to successfully take the “Online Training Test” to obtain the UAS pilot certificate in the OPEN A1/A3 subcategories.
Our courses are held in person, with our specially trained staff, at our Store in Brescia located in Via Aurelio Saffi 14; or On-Line for those who are unable to reach us at our store. So no simple pdf or video lessons without being able to ask questions in real time, but a real live interaction, the only real added value in the training courses.
WHO IS IT FOR - To any pilot or future pilot who flies drones from 250 grams up to 25Kg in the OPEN category. The Easa Drones EU certificate will allow you to fly in all EU member states, including Switzerland, Iceland and Norway.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS - There are no prerequisites for prior knowledge. In addition, there is no need to undergo practical training.
VALIDITY - Once you have successfully completed the final exam, you will obtain the OPEN A1/A3 category pilot certificate which will be valid for 5 years. The minimum age to obtain the pilot certificate is 16.
COST - The training activity costs €99.00 (VAT included) and includes approximately 3-4 hours of in-person training at our store in Brescia, Via Aurelio Saffi 14 as well as:
- OPEN A1/A3 category drone license theory manual
- Complete exercise book (questions and answers)
- Step-by-step guide to the online exam
- OPEN A1/A3 category driving license exam with unlimited attempts for max 30 days
