Easily connect DJI Flip to the DJI Fly app using Wi-Fi Direct, to control your flight with one hand using the new vertical screen interface and easily switch between different shooting modes.
Hands-free with voice control [12]
Say the command “Hey Fly” and activate DJI Fly in the DJI Fly app, then continue to give instructions to DJI Flip using your voice. [13] When connected to your phone, Flip will record audio and intelligently reduce propeller noise. With this function, you can record your content completely independently.
Easy and efficient content creation

1. When using palm takeoff, please observe the following guidelines: Operate in a wind-free environment as much as possible; Extend your palm horizontally and hold it still, avoiding contact of your fingers with the propellers to prevent injury; Do not attempt to grab the drone while it is in flight.
2. Automatic braking is only supported during Normal and Cine flight and during RTH. Obstacle Avoidance is disabled when using intelligent functions (including AI Subject Tracking). When using Palm Launch, the DJI Fly app, or the remote controller, the drone will only automatically slow down and brake when it detects an obstacle within 1 meter (3 ft) away. The drone can perform emergency braking if the following speed is slower than 3 m/s. However, if the following speed is 3 m/s or higher, the braking distance may be insufficient and the drone may hit the obstacle. Carefully observe your surroundings and use intelligent functions in open areas.
3. Standard drone weight (including intelligent flight battery, propellers and a microSD card). Actual product weight may vary due to external factors and small differences in materials. No training or license is required to operate in most countries and regions. Always check local laws and regulations before use.
4. Data acquired at a constant speed of 21.6 km/h in the absence of wind. With the intelligent flight battery, the aircraft has a maximum autonomy of 31 minutes.
