DJI Mini 5 Pro: The All-in-One Mini Drone with a 1" CMOS Sensor and Nighttime LiDAR

DJI Mini 5 Pro redefines the limits of ultra-light aerial photography by integrating a large-format 1-inch CMOS sensor with 50 MP into a foldable body certified C0 for the first time. Designed for creators and professionals, it features omnidirectional nighttime obstacle detection with LiDAR, a flexible gimbal with 225° rotation, native vertical shooting, enhanced ActiveTrack 360°, and the all-new DJI O4+ video transmission system.

Key Features and Technological Innovations

1" CMOS Sensor and 225° Rotating Gimbal

• Professional 50 MP Camera (1" CMOS): f/1.8 aperture and 4K/60fps HDR video with up to 14 stops of dynamic range. Capture stunning detail, even at sunset and in nighttime landscapes (maximum ISO up to 12,800).
• 4K/120fps Slow Motion & Med-Tele Mode (48mm): Record smooth high-frame-rate video or use the 2x 48mm zoom with portrait optimization to make your subjects stand out.
• 225° Gimbal Rotation & Native Vertical Shooting: Extended roll movement of up to 225° for low-to-high angles and rotating effects, plus native vertical video ready for social media without cropping.

Omnidirectional Nighttime Obstacle Detection & LiDAR

• Forward-Facing LiDAR & Fisheye Vision Sensors: Actively detects and avoids obstacles in 360° even in pitch darkness, ensuring a safe nighttime RTH (Return to Home) around buildings and urban structures.
• GNSS-Free RTH & L1+L5 GPS: Real-time visual positioning enables safe takeoffs and returns from balconies or covered areas without satellite signals.

Enhanced ActiveTrack 360°, O4+ and Flight Time

• Multi-Scenario ActiveTrack 360°: Dedicated Cycling and Standard modes track moving subjects at speeds of up to 15 m/s with agility and maximum safety.
• DJI O4+ Video Transmission (up to 20 km): Ultra-stable 10-bit live feed with advanced interference immunity, even in the most challenging urban environments.
• 36-Minute Flight Time & Fast Charging: High-performance battery, two-way charging hub, and 42 GB of built-in storage.
• QuickTransfer While Powered Off: Transfer files over Wi-Fi 6 at up to 100 MB/s by remotely waking the drone from the DJI Fly app, without even taking it out of your backpack.
