DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan (Avata 360)
DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows for up to 4 product replacements over two years for a small fee.
To use the Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation has not been completed before a flyaway incident occurs, Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
Please note: DJI Care Refresh products, as digital products, are non-refundable after the activation code has been sent via email.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to activate it and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
