• Portable device activated within 30 days.
  

2. When you purchase DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be emailed to you along with instructions on how to activate it and pair it with your applicable DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. For any replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
